The only problem with the refurb is its 1299. I can get a NEW macbook (black) same speced for 1488 using the school discount. I was going to save some money this year because I heard they were coming out with a 12" (widescreen) Macbook Pro. Im not sure yet i need to see how much i can spend at the moment.
