If you’ve not done so, try a
HARD RESET. It might get rid of the glitch.
“HARD RESET” 
- START CAR & LEAVE IN PARK
- THEN PUSH & HOLDING DOWN THE CYLINDER VOLUME CONTROL ON CENTER CONSOLE UNTIL THE SCREEN CYCLES OFF & ON 2-3 TIMES. You should see a bunch of moving lines on the screen cycle off & on 2-3 times. This should take about 1 -2 minute.
