So the M40d is not a big selling engine world wide so they are trying to reduce overall group emissions plus all the diesel hate of late means its had to go from the X3 line.

Just spotted a vehicle transporter with a few G45’s approaching my local BMW dealer. All appeared to be dark grey or black.

I’m picking mine up on Tues 26th. It came in earlier this week, the first G45 the dealer has had delivered. They have checked with BMW UK and I can have it ahead of the official launch date of 30 Nov.

I was told categorically they can’t deliver mine before 30th

Just received a call from my BMW garage and they said I can pick mine up on the 26th although I can not share any pictures on social media. BMW UK authorised. A bit nervous given all the negative comments about the interior and the fact not seen one to date! I actually like the outside from the pictures/videos and I am sure it will drive well to which to me is the important bit !
