Can't believe I am saying this, but you can beat that ticket. The person who called in your plates must show up and testify and even then you can beat that no prob. You shouldn't have run, but if you want to defeat the ticket, it will be VERY easy.

Neither of these acts (if they are, in fact, true) are anything to boast about.

By the way, the cop in pursuit has no way of knowing if you are just a scofflaw driver or a dangerous murderer...don't be surprised if you find yourself dodging bullets -- and don't come crying to us if you get killed by a cop.

Just because the car is registered in your name doesn't mean you were driving it when the crime occurred. Tell the judge that you werne't driving the car, that the whole family drives it and nobody will admit to driving it at that time.

A couple days later. Wtf BMW would not get contacted you are lying. Not to mention if the lady called it in you could easily say that was not you. There are plenty of E90's. If the cop did not get your license plate they can not prove it was you. A lawyer would have a field day with that.

This was not posted as a joke, jokes are funny when other people get it. If no one sees the humor there is no joke. This guy was serious and should be arrested. We have a situation where another 100% TOOL is running from the cops and endangering an entire neighborhood.
