Supposedly, the kid is awake and can recognize people, but is having trouble moving his left hand, meaning potential paralysis. We'll see though. Glad he's in fact recovering, after initial reports made it sound like doctors gave him close to null chance to live.

As for the assailant, I'd wish ill on him, but it looks like karma's already taken care of that.... Good lord that bitch is fugly. Funny how all the roid ragers seem to need those cheap shots and sucker punches to win fights too....

A bit surprised that he was allowed out on such little bail given his history, his attitude towards the incident itself, and his criminal history....

Funny you say that, a friend of my son, first he denies he taking anything, but he bulked up so fast and he has stretch marks all over his body to back it up. Anyway he tries to intimate people with his size. One day to teach him a lesson, I bitch slapped him around bit to show him speed is far more important in a fight than size. I also grabbed his thumb and bent it back before he knew it and had on the ground, saying uncle.

Little did he know I use to box when I was younger and took a few karate class.

Glad to hear the guy is away now, and wish him best of luck recovering.

Poor kid probably had a big head bleed. He actually could have had two. When you have significant cranial trauma, it's possible to have what's called a coup contrecoup injury pattern. In layman's terms, the brain sloshes around inside the skull and hits both sides, front and back, resulting in two hemorrhages. The areas od the brain affected by the bleed aren't able to function properly because their oxygen supply is significantly reduced, causing him to need the ventillator in the picture and causing him to be unconscious.

I wish a speedy recovery for the kid, and hope the judge and jury have no tolerance towards this attacker.

Based this attempted manslaughter, his past history, and his words, "I put people to sleep. It's what I do," it is clear beyond any doubt this man is an extreme danger to society. He deserves to get at least 20 years in prison.
