WOW...335ipro vs Z8
So me and the GF are cruising to get some DQ and get caught at a red light next to a beautiful black Z8. I look over and give the guy props on his nice ride as the light turns green we both start rolling like normal and at about 5mph we get on it a little then it is on. He pops the clutch and and chirps the tires as I walk about 2 CL from him to 60 mph. Cruising at 60 for a sec till he catches up I give him a thumbs up with a big shit eating smile on my face! He just looked confused and pointed forward so I decide to give him another shot at it and get on it. From 60-95 I again pull about 2 CL on him, He catches up and we exchange thumbs up and go about our way. I honestly thought going into it I was going to get smoked.

Good kill. I keep reitarating that the Steptronic on the 335i is killing all the stats, it is so consistent and fast, no matter what it always gives you awesome results.

Nice kill since Z8s are a bit more powerful and lighter at 400bhp and 3,500 lbs.
Once again, Procede 335's prodigious torque does miracles. |

steptronic doesn't really have much to do with anything here. both times they went from a roll, not a dig.

Bad driver in the Z8.....it should beat you. Your talking about basically an E39 M5 drivetrain in a smaller/lighter car. The M5 should pull slightly or at least be even, so reason has it the Z8 should pull more especially at higher speeds.
But good going!! A kill is a kill is a kill.

Huh...what does that mean? I know that when I'm cruising and not stomping on the gas, I'm not on boost.
