BMW M Carbon Boardcase (Luggage)
http://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/37...RBON-BOARDCASE
http://shop.bmw.com/de_DE/p/lifestyl...e/80222222474/ Material: echtes(real) Carbon I saw the luggage when I went to BMW Welt and was wondering if its really "Carbon Fiber" the thing is that they never mentioned or advertise that its made of Carbon Fiber, I asked the person at the store and needless to say she said yes and walked away... Anyways I travel often and was thinking of getting this luggage I thought it was cool because of the "Carbon Fiber" look. Has anyone here spent $1000 on this Luggage? I just wonder if the quality is as good as Rimowa.

I would not get it. Looked kind of cheasy to me in person. Most Germans use the indestructible Rimowa luggage. At least alu bends, carbon just breaks/snaps.

I'll just get Samsonite, Rimowa, or Tumi equivalent instead.
real CF and still weights 7lbs. Samsonite can make it even lighter, down to 4lbs. And just half the price.
