Nice ride! Although be prepared for some ribbing from the young 944 enthusiast... ;-)
As for you...I need to respond individually
You tell that young 944 enthusiast to prepare his mates for when I come rolling in. Don't want the noise to frighten anyone!

Now don't bust my chops!!! I expect a thorough and comprehensive ED write up in a couple of months following what's sure to be an epic trip. I can't wait to see your San Marino Blue M3 in person. Maybe we should do a photo shoot following redelivery. As I told you, I'm sure I'll be back in an M. Likely the last MY of the F80 ZCP

At the risk of oversharing in public forum, is it wrong to get... uh... excited by looking at those photos.

Fantastic looking (and sounding) car , hope it serves you well.

Congrats, nice jag!

If you don't mind sharing, what incentives is Jag running on these and what do these lease for?

Between the two of you, I think I'm getting a complex!
Hey Kief,

Was curious how much off MSRP you got? I saw you posting in that other guys thread regarding the F Type R or keeping his M4.
Is the Vert cheaper because of rates or something? It seems like the coupe would have lower residuals and even then...
How and WHERE?

PM if need be. I'm looking for a DD and this fits the bill PERFECTLY.

Not sure about the vert, as I was only interested in the coupe. So much better looking IMO.

As I'm sure you know, it isn't about how much off msrp, but how much below invoice! Keep in mind, I worked my deal toward the end of Jan/beginning of Feb, so rates/incentives/rebates may have changed by now. At that time, there was over $9k worth of stackable incentives. Some dealers are willing to work with you, because JLR reimburses the dealer some of those monies. Others however, will give you the finger! I got a crazy deal, and for a car that needed to be trucked in from St. Louis to PA--n/c! Obviously the dealer wasn't doing this for charity, so the hidden monies on these cars must be equally ridiculous. But I think it's the perfect storm for those interested. Jag is extremely motivated to steal market share from BMW and the like, especially with the new XE and F-Pace due to arrive shortly. Because if they don't, there is no way Jag can survive here.

So slick, great choice! I cross-shopped the F-Type R with the C7 Corvette after selling my BMW and it was a hard decision. Decided on the C7 due to removable targa top, as like you, rag tops look questionable at best IMO otherwise I probably would have went for the Jag. About to place an order for the Corvette this Monday. Count me in on the drive, I'm in North Jersey. Would LOVE to hear that V8 exhaust. Best sounding V8 out there for sure, especially when the engine runs rich. Those pops and burbles are to die for.
