What Does It Take To Become A BMW CA?

what does it take to become a bmw ca besides being able to maintain a customer relation. ca can't know "everything" off the bat and need to check tsb, mechanics, etc right? so if you have a general idea of what a customer's problem will be plus great communication and relation skills would you be qualified?

I would say you need some prior type of experience in the field, say from another dealership at least?

or start off at a lower position at that dealership and work your way up.

all u need is a pulse and the ability to smile. I have yet to meet a CA with any intelligence.
not sure what the comp plan is but I do know that turnover is quite common at many dealers.
