But for me the badges are identical in size and shape to the G01 ones. See pictures for comparison. First picture is the G01 badges, second picture isG45 badges. |

Lol, that one was easy.
But put some money aside for the other things to come. Parts are slowly showing up now and althought there is no partnumbers yet, the M performance rear diffusor is shown in parts catalogue. This one is realy nice. There will be the main part and two variations of the center piece. One in Carbon and a simple black one. I'll update my list in this post https://g45.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...3&postcount=60 as soon as partnumbers show up. 1st picture is standard diffusor and 2nd is the M Performance one with Carbon insert. |

I bought the badges as well. I'm nervous to install them myself. They seem to be plastic and the original silver ones are metal. Do you have any pics of yours installed?
I also bought all the rubber floor mats, they're nice. The only issue is the rear floor mats (51-47-5-B3C-4E9) had this photo description And there was no middle rubber floor mat piece. This fits the description, but does anybody know the part number for the middle rubber piece? |

Dang, I want that piece. Do you have any pictures of your badges on your car? The YouTube videos suggest hair dryers and googone to pop off the old decals. Googone freaks me out and would be difficult to apply only where needed without taking off some of my ceramic treatment. The hair dryer seems fine except for maybe the M decal on the front grill because there are electronics nearby, but maybe that's fine too because the car sits in the hot sun.
