Why is it on the My BMW app it has a picture of my car in the right colour and right wheels but on the idrive screen it has the right colour but with the wrong wheels it has the wheels in black and I don’t have black.

Is there anyway I could get this changed or is it just the way it is.

I have the same issue, the rims in the car screen are completely black and not the ones I actually have.

Seems to be common. But tbh that's nothing that bothers me. As long as the color and M exterior is matching I'm fine with it. especially when the car can't know what rims are mounted when I have the winter tires in use.

Yeah it’s common. Had the same issue with my M2 on iDrive 8. Had black rims on my car but iDrive showed it with silver. Whatever.
