No signatures are appearing under my Account

Okay, so apparently someone removed my ability/permission to show/see signatures under my account. When i am logged off and view a thread as a guest, the sigs appear, but when logged on under my name no signatures appear at all.

So a moderator or admin must have done that....reason please? So someone could fix that back, that would be great. Also, a warning before changing my permissions to see stupid sigs would be much appreciated.
