I always let my fiancee drive my car if she asks but i have also devised a plan. The first mod i always will do to any car is suspension and last two cars i have added a lip. I tell her, "go for it, just be really careful on dips and coming out of driveways." Suddenly her desire to drive it is gone.

wow talk about major HATE in this thread. Anyways, it is your car and you paid for it. If you don't think she is a safe driver then don't let her drive it. It is as simple as that.
Its kind of funny though because I love it when my gf drives my M3...

How about looking at it this way?
You and your mate share some stuff. But some stuff is yours and other stuff is hers. If you are a fanatic about your car, don't share it. Why stress your relationship? Save the stress for the big issues in life, like house, family, kid, relationship and health. If you are loose about your car, share it. |
