questions about bmw buy back or vehicle replacement

currently bmw is considering buying back or replacing my car due to a very lengthy list of problems of which four are major safety issues. when a car is bought back, how soon do they want the car returned and how soon do they return the money? in the event of a replacement, do they put the payments i have paid for this car into the next one or do they keep the money but give a better deal on the replacement?

after bmw gives you the call that they are repurchasing the car it takes about a week or 2 to get the paperwork ready. then you need to sign an notarize the paperwork.

bmw then sets up a day to come get the vehicle inspected for tires/damage/etc....

they hand you a check for all of the payments youve made - depreciation(mileage from the day the first issue started)

imo..take the money, grab a m3, c63, or the new s4...i i picked a z4m after my 335 was replaced and never been happier

thanks. those cars would be a bit too much for me payment wise. i would love a z4m but sort of need the back seats. depending on how things go i may jump into another 335 or go for an e46 M3.
