Good luck! I iviewed w/PwC out of ugrad and it was a similar experience (2nd round wasn't too bad either), but I took an offer in finance instead of going with them. Have you tried an OCI with E&Y? E&Y was a great experience as well back in ugrad (a few yrs ago) in terms of their interviewing. However, they were completely unprofessional when I iviewed w/them after law school. (On my way to their office for my 2nd round iview, they call me to cancel saying they found someone else..wtf?!)

So mad i read this old ass thread. Nice bump. Who gives a fuck what one person experienced. Every company has a disgruntled employee, or 1000.

i used to work at PWC. it sucks.. you are just a number, no credit for your work. was there for six months and left.. i cant say that it was just their fault though, after a few months i knew that audit/accounting was not something i enjoyed..

I havent worked for PwC but did work for another Big 5 (at the time). If you are in the consulting side of the business, it is tough. They want you billable and if you are not, you will not be around long. This is especially true as you progress to Manager, Director, Partner. And sales resposnibility will kick in at some point as well. You can also learn a lot too so like any job, it has its pros and cons.
