Interesting reading about all your local dbags w different makes. I guess our dbags are slightly more affluent then? LOL.
Ya, throw in some Bimmers along w the late-model MBs, and some pickup trucks are always bad; Teslas, maybe the odd one but generally they seem well-behaved; don't notice much about Infinitis, just one dude w a freaking loud fartcan. Going back to Bimmers, I recall some idiots driving on the shoulder cuz they thought they were too important to wait in gridlock w the rest of us, and just recently some idiots were racing at almost twice the traffic speed treating other vehicles as slalom cones...just one wrong move by them or an unsuspecting vehicle and it would've been over. Way to re-enforce the -ive BMW stereotype smh.

I thought I was the only person that has experienced that Tesla drivers are generally slow. Only a few times have I ever seen a Tesla driver driving like a dick. I get the feeling that so many are obsessed with battery capacity that they just keep to the speed limit.

I think many of the aging generations start with the fastest cool car they can afford which tends to be of the Asian branded makes. As they grow older they migrate to other makes and models, some to BMW but I’ll admit, I was a young ricer and moved to BMW. I bet many of you did as well.
Cars get cheaper with age and fall into the hands of younger demographic who like loud and fast. Maybe some of us have just become boomers hahaha |

I went there and I can say it's definitely true. I found a CB for $100 with 50k on it. I still have DP's and it still quiet. May still take the mufflers off again and keep the resonators.

Go to a P-car track event and watch them not point you by on a straight after being all over them in the corners. Their turbo will blast you on the straight and they pull their finger back in...not anymore!!! Even IF I win this lottery (I won't) I will never buy or be associated with that P car moniker. They are ugly too. Just my honest opinion.

It's only in LA where I see d-bag Tesla drivers, but that's LA for you. Everybody drives like a d-bag regardless of make/model or income level.

We went from a Prius to a Volt. Life sucking appliance as it may have been, the Prius was an awesome car. We went from a 15mpg V8 explorer to it and increased our travel significantly due to that. Hated the current gen and moved on to the PHEV. For a daily, a car that gets superior MPG is a great choice.

Tons of people assholes cutting traffic and speeding in Teslas - especially the Model 3 Performance, Model S Plaid or other higher powered ones. Some modified, some with dumb custom license plates like "EATMYVOLTS" or "EVPOWR".

It's fine... But those Model S Plaids, kinda hard to beat 1000hp awd cars if they floor it. They really want to show off sometimes when they see other sports cars which is super annoying. They want to prove their EV sedan is faster than any gas powered vehicle.
