I'm getting senile so I don't remember all the detail, but IIRC BMWExecutive was acting all cocky saying he's got a collection of guns and stuff. His old posts have not been deleted (maybe some, but I know not all), search for his threads/posts for some night reading.

I looked for the bashing thread about Method and it got deleted as it should have been but yes, to many people are taking this forum as if it's a version of a BMW bible.

If we can't have fun and be serious at the same time, we might as well just bury our heads in the sand.

Maybe it's something in the milk causing people to grow larger e-nuts?

People will always be braver behind a screen than they are in real life. In real life, I save my sarcasm for people I at least know a little bit. It's a life preservation technique.

But you're right, a lot of people take this stuff way too seriously. Gotta remember to have fun. This is my break from work, if it wasn't fun, I don't know why I'd even bother.

I enjoy the laughs this forum evokes... It's a lively bunch here---real fun people. That's what I expect from a forum. Sure beats the 6er or 7er forums where the most excitement is discussion about fiber, erectile dysfunction, and colorectal screening.

The only reason i come here is for the funny threads.
Nobody obviously talks a lot about the cars. It's all about racing, stupid dealers and the occasional idiot who unfortunately gets made fun of and never bothers coming back (not that its a bad thing).
