If it was the TT built motor, yes, 140 would be a steal.

You say "costs only 45K" like you have a money tree out back.

And when I see 140 asking my mental calculator knocks 10% off right from the get go. He would take 120 I would think.

Clutch is said to show 1mm of wear.

There was a green TT lambo for sale not too long ago as well. I believe the owner was selling it because he wanted to TT a lambo with either a different transmission or a different color.

I wish i could sell a TT lambo because i didnt like the color and then TT another lambo lol

Sorry, didnt mean it that way Im saving for the 1200 whp ($65K) kit and hunting for a good 2004 Gallardo deal

For $140K, you're roughly in range of a 2008 Superleggera. You could always TT that one later! Ok, you'd probably end up broke and homeless after that, but hey, life's too short! lol
