it was actually not that hot last year, and the field is exactly that - a field. it's all grass on an enormous lot. it was one of the best weekends of my life, easily. here's a video from last year

Tickets now for 3 days are 300$ now, I think its a steal compared to last year.

if it's the same format like last year, they issue one wristband for all 3 days. it will be tough to buy 1 day unless you meet them there and give back the bracelet back so they can use it for the rest of the festival (unless it's the last day).

i think the 3 day passes will be sold in the range from $800-$1000 hereon. They sold out in less than a week!!

i think it sold out in late March last year. must be a lot of Kings of Leon and Kanye fans going; however, I bet scalpers bought a shitload. They're going to make a killing off of them.

EDIT: It sold out on April 12th last year!!! WOW!
