Yes sir. As long as my carrier doesn't find out where my IMEI is from, it's all good. I've used Nokia's all my life with no problem.

Yep... i know something about that, but you can do it other way. Find a person who can buy it with his own money and send it to you by paid carrier.. You pay when you get it and see it I do it all the day when not using ebay

I got it here in the US with free shipping. Why would I pay for shipping and tax on customs??

Personally i dont give a crap where and what you order, its just a suggestion for future shops, sometimes is better to shop outside of US ( you dont have to pay taxes if you are net to a seller/shop boss) And about winking... Im winking to Blake :*

Ok Expansys is starting to get on my nerves. Not telling me when they'll have stock. Anyone know any other sites that may have it so I can order it FROM THE US. I'm not sending anyone almost 1k to buy me a phone.
