According to TV/MEDIA/PAPERS, we are in some type of slump....
are you or your family broke? Dont worry about it, what the weak listens to and agrees with just adds fuel to the medias power.

Well, all I care about is that I have a job. And a pretty good one too. I get excellent benefits and I even expect a bonus at year's end. But seriously, if you're in a major metropolis like LA county or the Bay Area then there's ALWAYS going to be traffic. There's just a lot of people living in these areas. Simple as that. So what'd you order at Ruth's? Did you go to the one in Concord? I like that one better than the one in SF. I love Ruth's steaks. Best I ever had.

Well, you could look at those examples as set-backs. Maybe so many people were at Vegas because they couldn't afford to go to Europe that year. I live in Cali and deal with traffic and see new cars on the freeway. Maybe the person driving the new 5 series would have been able to buy an M5 if the economy is better. Just sayin.
I think the already poor areas were hit the hardest and the wealthier areas took a hit, but don't show it. When I drive into a poor area I see more busted up cars than usual. The parking lots at Wal-Mart seem more packed. Lines are longer in that store too. Rents are going up (good for me) because higher unemployment means less can qualify to buy a house, so they have to rent. |

Things are a lot worse than it seems like. It just hasn't showed very much yet. Unemployment is much higher than they tell us. They aren't giving you the real numbers. They are not counting people who are not received unemployment benefits anymore. People are still burning through money like crazy because they don't understand what is really coming. Many people are maxing out their credit cards and spending money they don't have and can't pay back.
The federal reserve (which is NOT part of the government) keeps increasing the money supply, which is increasing the inflation rate and making every dollar in your pocket worth less. Things are going to get much worse than the great depression. People just don't know what is going on at all. They just listen to the BS on TV. People think its only other countries that have controlled media, we have it here too. You should really take a look at the movie "money masters" on youtube. You'll learn a lot and you'll understand why what is going on is NOT by accident, it was created on purpose. This is what makes the ultra rich even richer and everyone else poorer. |

Technically, we're recovering. We could double dip but things seem to be improving...slowly, but surely.
