Those are also always the people who sweat through all their shit and just shove it in the locker and then they keep wearing it every day. 1) no speeding tickets

2) finally get cut. spent the last few years whipping my ass into shape, i just need to push that little bit more

3) stay consistent with work/school

4) no smoking at all (down to weekends but it needs to stop altogether)

5) read more books in my own time

6) never touch fast food

7) average 7-8 hrs of sleep a night as opposed to the 5-6 hrs i'm getting now

8) keep avoiding the forums for the mostpart so i stay productive

Bench 405lb x 1 currently at 365lb x 1 (barely)
Dead lift 405lb x 1 stuck at 315lb (slight disc problems and barely getting it sometimes)
Parallel Squat 495lb x 1 stuck at 365lb (disc problems and barely getting it as well)
Drop to 205lb, stuck at 220lb at the moment. I doubt I'll get there since I have been plateau'd for a while now unless I take steroids or a bunch of pro-hormones, but definitely can't do that.

Try to be less stubborn

How about we extend the life of this thread?

I see everybody is listing their New Years resolutions. What I'm proposing is, everybody who doesn't keep one of their resolutions come back and edit/repost their list with and "X" next to the one they couldn't keep. Along with an explanation why if you feel like doing so. If you would also like to acknowledge the ones you did manage to achieve then go ahead and put something positive beside it like a smiley, for example.
