I had a MR2 Spyder with a TRD supercharger, custom exhaust...screaming little car. talk about fun to drive.
Owned this when I lived near the TOD - made many runs with that little jewel... |

Still have it, but neglected for the past 10 years or so due to family, job, etc. It looked very much like this one in it's heyday. Last edited by Ragged Edge; 06-16-2015 at 10:12 PM.. Reason: Add pic |

Don't laugh, this thing was fast! And it survived high school! I sold it for $50, the new owner had to drive it away in 2nd gear...

Suzuki Samurai. Thing only did 40mph when I got it, took a week of driving it down a hill to get it to do 60mph. And it loved to fish tail, luckily I never hit anything or one in it.

Haha good one! Technically I had the Honda before that bike, but come to think about it, my first car was a bicycle before I could drive.

This thread got me going though some old pictures and lookie what i found. I was using track wheels and had not made the clear corners yet. This was at from a track day at Sebring. It's hard to see, but i made that rear wing out of aluminum and foam. Shaped the high density foam into an air foil, wrapped it with aluminum, used flush mount rivets to to fasten everything. Made the angle of the wing adjustable as well. And you have to remember that this was in 1993, so big wings weren't in vogue just yet.
![]() ![]() Same day after i got home. ![]() I even found pics of my second car and my first bike!! Thanks to this thread! Taken 1996 ![]()

In 88, I bought a 1982 Ford Escort GLX for $800. Fully loaded - except it was a manual. Never bought an automatic until recently...still don't like em.
