Chateaubriand for wife and me. Should have taken it off the grill about a minute sooner and let it rest a few minutes longer but still excellent along with my last bottle of 2015 Sena (until more bottles arrive).

Le burger maison et pommes gratin
House burger and potatoes gratin Simple home-style comfort food presentation. Pan fried burger with salt, pepper and rosemary. Potatoes gratin with butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg, fresh parmesan, rosemary and hint of garlic powder. No cream or gruyere in the pantry, so had to improvise! Served with orange selects for dessert. |
