I can afford an 335i for 45K brand new, but I dont want to take a large depreciation hit buying new. I sell my cars every 6 months for the price I paid for them. So I get Zero Depreciation hit. How about that. You waste yours, I save mines for more important things. CPO at Wholesale Price is the Best Thing in car buying. New cars every couple months not bad.

Stop nagging !!

You can't compare those two cars. Ok it's an R-type and no it's not a BMW but those 2 cars are completely different. A BMW has a sporty look and image, a Jag is more classy ............ Why do you like red more then white ?? If you buy a BMW and go to a Jag-forum you probably get the same kind of comments.....

Hey son, if you are here to troll you probably already got some of the idiots, but seriously most of us don't care. At least show some intelligence and post the thread in the right category. At this point I have more respect for the car than the driver. Happy motoring.

i don't lose anything....? i could sell my M Coupe for more than i paid new... so you have to settle for shitty old cars to save money. i simply know how to negotiate to save money and get to drive nice, new cars with zero maintenance and fully warranty.

When the XF comes out next year I will get the XFR with 500Hp in 3-4 years too. Better yet maybe even the XKR Drop in 4 years from now for about 30K. Which are really sexy and fast Jags. Imma JAG Man now.

Since you like overweight, supercharged old Fords with lots of horsepower and poor gas mileage, why not get a Shelby GT500 4 years from now. You should be able to pick one of those up pretty cheap then.

Look How Much More M3s are than the S-Type R Jag which is 400hp

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2002-...QQcmdZViewItem

2002 74K Miles sold for 24K then they paid tax so add $1300 so $25300. Hint an 02. No Navi.

I saved 8K buying the Jag plus 8K miles Less, Much Newer an 03. More Features too.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2002-...QQcmdZViewItem

Same thing I saved over 11K by buying JAG.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...QQcmdZViewItem

I saved 11K buying Jag CPO.

So In all I got a steal. Way better features too. Touch Navi does BMW Has THAT ? Does your car talk to you ? Does Your Car has Apadtive Cruise ? Plus I can put that other 10K in Money Markets, Bond Accts and make more money.

Why would you want your car to talk to you? Isn't that one of the gripes in the M5? But, you're right. More horsepower equals better car.

Okay was initially defending now you are getting on my nerves. Yeah some of comments made my fellow E90/92 members are kind derisive but many are true. AND IM PRETTY SURE NO ONE WALKS UP TO YOUR CAR AND SAYS ITS SEXY AND BEAUTIFUL. Seriously i would just say oh its a jaguar and drive off, but if it was a new Jaguar XK then thats a different story. and im pretty sure many of the ppl here wouldnt be telling you go to a Ford forum if you had an new Jaguar XK, but your personality isnt great so...Please take ur business elsewhere!!
