What about the... Dare I say... Jaguar F type? That's a pretty awesome sounding stock car.

I really like this new car. Looks cool and sleek. The exterior looks more like a Model S now, which is great. The interior seems influenced by many factors, maybe a combo of MB and Tesla? However I don't like the touch console. I prefer the many buttons. They are intuitive and you easily remember location. Basically functional and good feel. I think the large touch screen is good, but console should have remained buttons. Also black glass will get dirty really easily... I expect it to be dusty like all the time...

The car looks great to my eye, better than the last generation. I'd rather have this than a S class, or even the new 7 series...because the performance is just unreal. It really is a stretched 911 in many ways. But that' touch screen only' system is a letdown in the otherwise beautiful interior. Redundant buttons should have been added in. Let's hope Porsche fixes that during their mid-cycle refresh. |

B for effort. They fixed the butt-ugly rear end, but it is still heavy, and the C-pillar window is still too high. I know they need the roof clearance to fit an adult, but do something creative, this is still not looking good.
> 2tons, bleh. I guess that's what you get when you have stupid gimmick like a motor operated and articulated rear spoiler. |

I like it. Not my favorite Porsche by any means but an improvement in my eyes. Could be my Macan replacement in a few years.

My friend had a pre-facelift Cayenne GTS with the same engine and if you said this last year I would have agreed with you, but not after hearing the GT350R. Man that Shelby sounds even better than an SLS, 458 or any Aston.

A Better Panamera. But I will reserve judgement until I see one/hear one live. The gen 1 is hideous, and you could tell that from the very first photos. This one looks like they have sculpted the top of the rear quarter panel to give it more voluptuous curves, much like the treatment the freshened Cayman got. It did wonders for the Cayman... let's see what this new Panamera looks like coming down the street or, more importantly, going away. it's got a long way to go, man. Right now, the M6GC takes the styling lead for me.

Well looks like I need to start saving now. Porche murders you with the damn option pricing...Never seen so many options available. I don't even know what to do. Scared what will be available in 5 years.

That's what you (Porsche) can do with an average net profit of $20,000 per vehicle sold!

Exterior looks very good. However, if I were in the market for a $200K daily driver the interior touch controls would rule it out for me. (I don't even like touch screens much less all controls.). So this rules out lower level models for me too, which is a shame because I like it otherwise.
