I'm currently in Shanghai - may I pick you up a "genuine" Rolex for $15 USD?

I don't normally wear a watch since the time can be found anywhere. However, when i do it's probably a timex since it's cheap and sturdy. I couldn't care less about watches, to each his own.
And this belongs in OT. |

Please tell me you don't believe everything that clown Jeremy Clarkson has to say Then in this case he might have a point, I bet I could have purchased quite a few nice watches for the maintenance cost of my Rolex over the years

I used to hate on Rolex until I got one (DeepSea). Hate on it all you want, but its quality and accuracy are better than any of my other watches (Omega PO, Breitling Navi and Vacheron Malte Dual Time). It's also pretty much the only watch I wear now.

[QUOTE=SehrSchnell;10927605]Believe? I happen to agree with him on that one. There is a funny saying in Germany: "Only hookers and flight attendants wear rolexes... the hookers have the real ones."
There is a lot of quotes out there that seem smart and insightful on its face, but if you really think about them they make make very little sense. Rolex always has been and will be a classy watch, like bmw in a way, and I dont even own one(rolex). |

I'm so addicted to watches it's not even funny, I literally broke out into sweats when having to avoid making a watch purcahse. One of the hardest watches for me to walk away from was a Hertiage B&R with the tan leather band and the round PVD case...
Does anyone consider consolodating for a grail? For example, I've been thinking of selling my Super Avenger and my Omega PO to fund a white Daytona or LV Sub or GMTIIC... |

But I have to say as a daily I love my Deepsea. I see it as a pretty versatile during the day as well as classy piece. Besides....I'm a hooker |

No M3, but I do have a Tag Aquaracer (my daily), and a Tag Carrera. Both automatic. I'm thinking about picking up a Brietling or an Omega this christmas too.

I was just pulling your leg (gently ) once my best friend called my red Benz 300 series AMG (sold it to another friend that drooled over it for many years) anyway, he called her my Pimp Mobile so does that make me a Pimp? don't you say it .... just thinking out loud here ....
