The poutine was amazing and it was probably the best steak I ever had in my life. I didn't order it but they have 1k$ cuts at this establishment. If it was made of human I totally would lol. ![]() |

(Aside from the tiny amount of vegetables, and the orange )Well, there's very little nutritional value in that food, all you are getting is Carbohydrate, and Protein. Not to mention that those processed breads and cheeses aren't healthy either. You need to incorporate more whole foods into your diet, for health reasons. Also, like Templar said, you need to be watching your calories through portion control. You can still eat large quantities, you just need to choose less calorie dense foods.

Haha someone had to say it. I was thinking the same thing! Definitely makes for nice background scenery for the steak pic.

Those patties alone are typically close to 200 calories each ( I buy them occasionally) unless they are really thin or something, are you certain about the calories? The lowest calorie buns I have ever found were 80 calories per set, the orange is about 50-100 calories, so I'm confused how that's possible?

![]() this is 99/1 lean ground turkey, dude..... 125 CAL - 5 CFF per 4oz Quote:
so that's 80 CFF for the 4 buns and @ 12 CFF when you add the meat... lets say that the turkey meat was more than 12oz and say it was 16oz of meat (which is damn near impossible judging by the size of it). that would still mean I'm only taking in 100 CFF.... and I didn't eat the orange for lunch - oranges/bananas/fruits/etc are for snacks @ 2:30 and 4pm... |

litos why not eat 1 turkey burger with one slice of cheese and add a salad in so you get some vegetables in as well instead of 2 separate burgers

but if you were to substitute a salad in as a side for that lunch it would fill you up faster and theres practically 0 CFF unless you drown it in dressing which would help you out a lot

Litos, I like you bro. I think you're funny on here...but you act like you're a fuckin expert on every subject.
Try to learn from others Sometimes...you didn't get fat because you're a health expert and you didn't become one because you started a little diet. When you're 180, come back and rub it in their faces. Until then, you haven't lived the skinny life. You've been living the too much processed crap, carbs, and fat life. You're learning, but you're not there yet. Fat free cheese is shit. |

![]() Back on subject. I am heading to a steakhouse tonight out in Southern Pines, NC. Supposedly a pretty nice place and gets pretty good reviews. I will post what I get! They don't have any $1000 cuts, but it's better than most of the places down here. You know what else is unhealthy? Sugar. And it has a lot of calories, but not calories from fat. The average American consumed about the equivalent of 1 can of soda every 5 days back in the 1800's, now we consume over 765g, the equivalent of 17 cans or more, every 5 days. Refined white sugar is pretty much horrible. And don't even get me started on HFCS. I grow my own stevia and crush the dried leaves to sweeten my tea and morning coffee. Much better than sugar.

I've been "fat" for about 7 years when my wife's internal Mexican instincts turned up and cooked everything in the world for me...... don't forget, I played sports all my life, I was a Marine and I was a cop... I've lived in the gym, ran thousands and thousands of miles and eaten healthy for a long time..... then I got married, sat in a cubicle and started having kids..... oh, and if you can find where I claimed to be an expert, i'll paypal you $40 for your time and effort.... I'm simply following the diet plan that was provided to me by a dietician - and it's clearly working.... |

water is gross, but I drink it for lunch and dinner... right now, I'm taking in an average of 60g of sugar a day.....Monday through Thursday, I take in about 30g of sugar - but on Friday, Saturday, Sunday it goes up... can't even tell you how much sugar I used to take in a day - I'd visit candy jars all around my workplace and grab all kinds of shit..... |
