i still prefer the new m3 coupe better.... but still. that is-f is 7/10. ilike the color tho...

Okay, this will be unpopular... The IS-F is a touch under 62K fully loaded. That's FULLY loaded with the exception of laser dynamic cruise and precollision. SO, comparing option for options, the IS-F does NOT cost more than an M3. Also, the great majority of M3 and IS-F owners will never see a freaking track. AND, the great majority of actual buyers (not forum readers) might floor their cars from a stop, but will probably never drift their vehicles or take a turn 10/10. Also, if BMW hits their target of M3s, it won't be exclusive at all - you'll see one at every freaking turn (in the upscale neighborhoods). Also, Mark Levinson makes an awesome sound system and Lexus makes much better electronics and has better track record for reliability. Don't give me the crap about aftermarket stereos sounding better - most M3 and IS-F guys won't buy aftermarket stereos either. The blue one looks kinda funky - toyish, but a black on black with tint and those dark chrome rims looks pretty nice in person and the sound is really nice to hear. Not so strung out and for 99% of my driving, I'm just cruising - I don't really want to hear the engine anyways.

I'm gonna say this again. The IS-F's tranny CANNOT be compared to the likes of F1 or E-Gear style transmissions. The Lexus is a fully automatic transmission with manual option. The two transmissions are not mutually exclusive.
