Just heard about this. I remember watching him compete back in the day. Frickin' beast out of Hammer House. Still remember this:

Seen this yesterday still haven't heard of the cause.

He was admtted to the hospital with pneumonia,
and apparently died to a heart failure.

Poor guy. Was a great wrestler & MMA fighter. Went through some stuff too. Always enjoyed watching him. Still amazed Fedor recovered from that Randleplex. RIP.
