Any mountain-bikers around?

Hey, any bikers out there?

Where do you ride? Do you prefer Freeride, X-country, Dual, touring or just 4 fun?

Show me your bikes!

I went to my dealer the other day and bought my new toy:

2006 Ghost AMR 7500

It's a small german brand, but so much fun to ride.

I passed my old beloved Trek-hardtail on to my girlfriend.

I´m not that downhill-hardcore-biker. I prefer x-country and doing short tours through our beautiful country.

I'm still riding my year 2000 S-works X-country full suspension bike. I swapped the handlebar for a CF riser, and the bottom bracket and cranks for RACE FACE. I use Time ATAC pedals...mudproof! I love my bike, it climbs like a billygoat and descends like a motocross.....worth every penny!

Ahh, Specialized. Epic?

Quite pricey over here.

S-works = $ 4500 and more

Have not been riding as much as I would like, I'll try to post a pick of my Cannon Super V (hope it's not Booster's). I mostly do cross country, love singletrack trails!

LOL Thats what I prefer too.

I have relatives in Phoenix, Arizona. A good place for biking? I would love to go there some time soon.

I have an old Gary Fisher Joshua Z that I still ride. I'm planning on upgrading the shocks, and pedals soon. I'm very happy with the XT components and the bike is still a blast to ride.

Love mountain biking. I do some freeride and x-country. Have a Klien Hardtail and a Specialized Enduro. I currently have the Klein set up for riding around town with slicks and the Specialized for Urban freeride stuff and trails.

It's not an Epic, just a S-works FS X-country....I paid 3300cdn in the year 2000.

Nice, I was thinking of putting slicks on my trek-hardtail too, but now I passed it on to my girlfriend, she was riding a real piece of sh***!

I am just a beginner....started the last couple of months. I only get a chance to get out there maybe every other weekend.

I have an Ellsworth Moment. I do not have a pic of my exact bike...but very similar to this. Mine has a different fork/front shock..I have the Marzocchi Desert Storm.

**wishes he could ride more regularly**

Awesome ride! Looks like it can deal with some heavy duty.

Biking can be as addictive as posting on this board. I should be riding more too!
