I like classical, but not lo-fi YouTube stuff. I also am not so good at remembering music that I know their titles, but I'm sure I've heard more than a few in your list.
UI like FF music myself, but I didn't expect to see it in the list. Not exactly your typical look at classical music. |

Lori Carlson - my favorites by her are "Fade" and "Breathe." Also try Sarah MacLachlan("Possession"), Paula Cole ("Where have All The Cowboys Gone?"), Katie Melua ("9 Million Bicycles") and Lisa Loeb (lots, but "Stay" is her best-known).
For orchestral music, I tend to favor the Baroque period, which is more sedate and heavier on strings (at the time, brass and woodwinds weren't that great). Bach is best known from that period. |
