Help with Paypal
I recently paid for something and didn't receive it as described. I don't want to get into details on exactly what I bought.
I paid for the item through my bank account. Just today I filed a dispute via Paypal, after contacting the seller numerous times and not getting through. Once I filed the dispute, it seemed to have gotten the seller all hot and bothered, so they tried to rectify the situation. I was satisfied with what they said, so I cancelled the dispute, (threatening to open it back up again if more problems occured). That's where I went wrong. I didn't know once you close it you can't open it back up again. I should have left it open until I got what I wanted, but had no idea (and they didn't give me any indication) that when I closed it I wouldn't be able to open it back up. I feel as if I am not going to get what I paid for, still. Is there any way to file a claim, chargeback, anything? |

Dude hate to break it to you but PayPal fucking sucks.
It's seriously usless when it comes to helping you out to not get ripped off. I ordered some Blacklines, never recieved them, so i filed a dispute. Paypal found the claim in my favor but still didn't do anything about it. They told me that the seller had no money in its paypal account so it wasn't possible to refund my money. I thought this was such bullshit because i thought the whole purpose of using paypal was to not get ripped off, i thought it was secure and they would help you from getting your money stolen. Well they didn't. |

Sooo. . . I called my bank and told them exactly what happened and how i was ripped off and paypal did nothing to help me. . .
They said they would take care of it and they took the money from paypal. However, this left my paypal account in a negative balance and now paypal has creditors calling me 5 times a day over $200. I know it isn't alot of money but i am refusing to pay it. I shouldn't have to pay for something i didn't recieve. And paypal should have a most secure way to protect their customers and a better screening process to get rid of scammers |

I know Paypal sucks...it's amazing how they deny you of opening another dispute after you closed one.
What I need to know is there anything I can possibly do to get my money back or prevent them from getting the money. What I bought was about $100. |
