Hello to all new and future 1ers. Let me start be saying, I've found people on this board to be helpful, intelligent and kind. However, most of you are also, rather, neurotic. Obviously, when you make a 40k purchase we tend to be a little over protective. I'm cool with that. As a matter of fact, I commend you on the pride you take in your new 1er. But yo, now I'm all like:

Oil Change at 1200 miles
No swirls
No car washes
No food
No pets
No kids - well I hate kids, so that's cool.
No touching
No Run Flat tires
No DINAN after 3/08
And on she goes...

I'm officially going to spend my entire life's savings on this car, and I don't even care because all of you - my humble savants - have drove me (pun intended) into a new state of thinking. But the worse part is, this entire list that I've eluded to, is completely antithetical to my lifestyle. So not only will taking care of my baby take my money, but it will take my time, my space, my patience, my heart, and my soul (okay over the top).

But in the end, I'm rockin' 300 HP, and the women think its cool. You've drove me crazy, but crazy seems to be the "in thing" on this board. So count me in, I'm here, let's do this sh*t.
