Yes, plenty of room. I am 6'1" and 235# and I have plenty of room. My sons are 5'11" and either can sit comfortably behind me.

for those who have bought the new X3 2025, what design are the puddle lights - some I have seen as light lines somewhat like the grill and some with M design.

There are no puddle lights in the doors anymore.

And the light carpet is only installed when you have the illuminated grill option selected.

If you have the illuminated grill, the light carpet looks like this on the M-Sport design and like this for the standard design:
