Unfortunately not. BMW doesn't provide a setting to disable it. With older models, it was possible to disable it via Bimmercode. But ever since iDrive 8.5, it's no longer possible to make coding changes. Our G45 X3's come with iDrive 9, so unfortunately we're firmly in "no coding" land.

Thanks for the reply, I had dug through all the menus!
Its okay I guess, I tap OK, then swipe down for my shortcut to turn off ASS every time I start the car. |

Yeah, that message is def. annoying but now clearing it is just part of my start-up "ritual".
Like when I tap my pockets to make sure I have my keys, wallet, phone before I leave the house. |
