Ya. Any car and person (especially car made of fiberglass) would not fair well with an impact on a reinforced concrete wall with trible digits!

The only possible way I see it happening is he was on the freeway and somehow lost control and flew over the wall. Notice the curve on the freeway. While not sharp at all. Coming around that corner at very high speed it could happen.

Definitely came off the highway. No way a curb would give a car that much lift.

He was probably going well over 100 MPH hit the curb which cause the car to do a end over end hitting the one side of the building then bounced across that to end up landing on the roof of the building.

At least he turned on his blinkers
