Biggie. Just liked the style of music better. More gritty than the smooth west coast vibe.

they were the greatest rappers ever. 2pac was just raw and biggie had that nice flow that made your head bopp. cant really say who was better, they just had 2 different styles. all i know is rappers today are waaaack...except for a select few. still got to give nas, jay-z, jeezy, ti, there props.

I like both artists. West coast is better; east coast is full of shitty weather and douchebags that have blowout haircuts and wear affliction, ed hardy, tapout...etc.

BIGGIE was pretty hype (in a good way) but Tupac is just legendary in the stories he told and the way he told them. He was pretty damn deep. Some of his old stuff was really good. I love both but I'm going to give a little edge to Tupac. Just last month I started listening to both on my IPod again.

Big, hes a better lyricist and his flow is just so smooth.
2pac was a great rapper, he spoke from the heart and was a real dude but IMO hes one of the most overrated rappers of all time. Dont get me wrong he was nice and i like him but he is overrated. |

At the age of twelve, Shakur enrolled in Harlem's 127th Street Repertory Ensemble and was cast as the Travis Younger character in the play A Raisin in the Sun, which was performed at the famous Apollo Theater. In 1986, the family relocated to Baltimore, Maryland.[20] After completing his second year at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School he transferred to the Baltimore School for the Arts, where he studied acting, poetry, jazz, and ballet. He performed in Shakespeare plays, and in the role of the Mouse King in The Nutcracker.
Biggie sold drugs and rapped about the streets... Tupac performed in the nutcracker and did ballet... Tupac acted like a tough guy... Biggie was a tough guy. Tupac rapped about guns... Biggie carried them. Tupac was an actor... Biggie was a rapper.
