I would like to hear some opinions on my situation.

I recently got a purchasing manager job at a distributor. Everythings been bad ever since i been here.
I been working for the past 2 months now and i really dont know how much ill take this.
There is a SHITHEAD manager thats been working here for a long time.
Very ignorant and very demanding and controlling.

He would blackmail me every other day saying if i dont do this or that, he wont teach me any of my job duties. Now its to a point when he see's me talking on the phone with my girlfriend or just friends that are girls. He would say hey lets hang together, get me a girl etc etc if not i wont teach you anything bla bla.
I really couldnt take it and didnt want to "rat" so i told the Boss that he is kinda bothering me and doing some stuff he isnt suppose to.

But supposley him and the boss have a bigger bond or maybe have something against each other that she cant fire him. Everyone in this company complains bout the manager and nothing is being done.

I really cant afford to lose this job and i really dont know how longer i can take his BS.

Now its to a point where he tells me to get him girls so he can use/put sex enhancment products...He is a fucking psyco. He keeps demanding me to hook him up with girls etc. He is 12 yrs older than i am. I actually gave up one day and called my friends that are girls to have a drink etc. After that day he has been the same and blackmailing over and over. Everyone in this company is aware of this but they dont do anything because Boss wouldnt do anything about it.


What are the proper procedure i need to take this situation? Not to mention when i was working warehouse the first week here i hurt my back and thumb and we dont get benefits here.

I really need to find a solution cause this is making me go crazy.

Yeah definately "trap" his ass... That or go tell your boss it is real simple, get control over your employee or I will get someone who will (IE. Dept of Labor). Or start screwing up to the point where your boss notices and say, "Well he won't teach me how to do it properly because his Butt Plugs are collecting dust and he is bitter about it.."

An important to remember is that you have only been there 2 months and I'm pretty sure that they can fire with you without reason in the first 90 days, check with your state. So maybe don't rock the boat too much, yet.

Stuff he says is like lets trade, one girl you hook me up than ill teach you one stuff. He acts like a 15yr old.

I pretty much know my job duties now but everytime i walk in to work he would mention where are the girls. Lets have fun this weekend. Lets go clubbing. I tell him no i have plans etc. He would be like than come in to work on Saturday etc. Making stupid ass comments.

If its about fetching him coffee which i do, isnt a problem. Its stupid shits like talking shit and offending me when i tell him i dont have any girls to hook you up or that i dont want to. Than he starts talking shit and giving me hard time.

The HR and the Boss herself has something to do with him cause everyone in the company complains but nothing is being done and its to a point that asshole manager gets loud with the boss and she doesnt do anything.

I really dont know what i should do but Im gonna have to do something sooner or later if this continues.

I wouldn't put up with any of that crap for a minute, even if I've only been with the job for 2 months. You have to put your foot down now and talk to somebody about this immediately because he sounds like a bully and it's not going to stop. Get a voice recorder and records what he says to you...they sell really small ones u can just stick in your pocket. You'll have plenty of evidence there.

While you are looking for a new job (because regarless it looks like you need to get out of there ASAP) start documenting everything he is saying as was mentioned earlier. Recordings won't be admissible (i don't think) unless he is made aware that he is being recorded.


Try not to do anything to escalate things if you can help it. IE, hook him up with a tranny, etc. Just try to be as passive as you can until you know your next move. I know this sucks, but it doesn't sound like escallating will get you anything but fired since this guy is connected the way you say he is.


Sooner rather than later, maybe consult an attorney about what things you might need if this case were to ever go to court to make your case stronger. I'm sure you will have no problem citing things like emotional distress/harassment, etc. if he is in fact saying to you what he is.




You shouldn't have to deal with this kind of thing... it's complete crap that there are so many people out there who'd kill for a job of any kind, yet you've got total douche-nozzles like this still employed.

The only thing that will make guys like this stop is either legal action, or taking their "pulpet" away. Since no one there will stad up this guy, it looks like legal action might be your only bet.

Just tell him no and follow it up with "Fine, but if you don't teach me how to do this then you'll have to keep doing it yourself."

The other alternative is just tell the boss that you're trying to get some work done but that guy doesn't seem to have the time to go over it with you. She'll either force the issue or will know that you're not the driving factor at the very least.

Or better yet. Tell him that you showed a number of girls his picture and none of them were interested in his ugly mug. Not much else you can do.

Recordings (without consent) are only admissible if you are in conversation with the person. From the sounds of it, this should be a nonissue.

Another funny thing is that he gets paid under a different name assuming he doesnt have his paper work either.

He doesnt do anything either in the company. So called manager sleeps by his desk talks about message palors all day and keeps bugging me to hook him up. Nobody can stand up to this guy cause obviously he's connected with the boss and HR. Im gonna have to talk to a lawyer about this i guess.

Dam only if i can afford to not have a job for a while but thats out of the question. Thanks guys

keep a log of all incriminating emails, texts and if you can, record your phone conversations then drop the fucking bomb on him or threaten some serious action. either that or put two in his chest and one between the eyes

Besides needing to beat his ass in a dark parking lot off of your employers property, you should just do what you know how to do. If things dont get done explain how your manager refuses to teach you anything because you cant provide him.
