People who are picky eaters should be shot!
Is there anything more annoying that people who are picky eaters?
And I'm not talking about food snobs, those SOB's I can relate to! After all those folks and I are not snobs and we are not shallow we are just discerning! No I'm talking about those MOFOS who have what best could be described as flat pallets and or phobias just because. Not like they are allergic but rather just "because". Case in point, bitches who refuse to eat meet on the bone...I'm sorry WTF is the FACKING matter with you! You don't like KFC because the FACKING chicken is on the FACKING bone? You know assholes like you were feed to lions back when we were all living in Africa! I mean how much of an epic failure were these peoples parents! When I was a little kid and I sat down to dinner I ate whatever the FACK my mom put on my FACKING plate! It could have been food or it could have been dry wall but sure as shit I ate that shit! You know why? Because if I didn't facking eat either I went facking hungry or I went hungry with a facking slap to the facking head IF I WAS LUCKY! Most of the time I went hungry and I got hit upside the head with a freaking wooden spoon! And you know what! I'm so freaking glad my parents slapped me upside the head because now I eat just about anything you put in front of me and my enjoyment of food and acceptance of cultures is greater than those FACKING sissies who bitch "Oh what is that? If I don't know what it is I don't eat it!" and then have the FACKING balls to go on trips to foreign counties and bitch about the food and how good it was to finally find some Mac and FACKING cheese! If that's all you eat you stupid FACK why did you go on vacation to SEA and not just taken your sorry ass to Iowa instead! I assure you Iowa could use your tourist dollar way more than freaking SEA! |

Wow! I am one of those "MOFO's". Why does it matter to you what someone else eats? Some people are picky, some people like myself just can't eat certain things. Its not a taste issue, for me its a texture issue.

Couldn't care less what people food tastes and preferences are as long as they themselves don't make a big deal out of it nor try to prove why their choices are superior to mine.

My GF won't eat meat off the bone, hates any dessert that isn't chocolate, and isn't really a fan of complex dishes. Drives me insane because I've got her limited pallete down pat and it gets boring/frustrating when we go out to eat. She always wants either Italian or Mexican dishes, which consist of the same goddam ingredients, while I could go for any conceivable dish as long as it's decently prepared.

You do realize that ppl may not like the way something tastes and that is why they are picky. To say they should be forced to eat something they don't like because they don't live up to your social norms (as they are wrong) is just insane.

There was a guy I knew growing up who would not eat anything except peanut butter sandwiches. We went on our 8th grade trip to DC and at every restaurant, he would have them make a special sandwich. That shit I would blame mostly on parenting. For myself, I need to have reasonably clean meat. If I'm eating a chicken taco and I hit a piece of bone it is meal over for me. Just makes me ill. Same thing with cartilage. That being said, if I see a non-curly hair on my plate, I'll just remove it and it's game-on for the rest of that delicious meal. People will run their hands through someones hair for hours but the second it is detached from the human body, people are revolted by it. I love food and will eat just about anything but will admit to having higher standards when it comes to the cleanliness of meats. It can make traveling abroad a little rough, but I know what to order to avoid those situations.

If I feel a bone in fish I am done eating it, hence why I rarely eat Salmon anymore. I also don't like whole tomato's all that much, but I do like ketchup and pasta sauce. I don't like onions, peppers, and celery; they have to be very finely ground into something for me to eat it (not a fan of the taste or texture). I also don't like to eat pea's (taste again) so I end up moving them to the side with everything that has them as an ingredient. Bean sprouts and most vegetables that are in asian dishes I don't like based on taste. I don't like like any fruits that end in berry or melon. I also don't like to eat yogurt or cottage cheese.

I can see both sides of this. I consider myself somewhat picky - I don't like fish at all, for example. But my wife is ultra picky - she's from NY, so the only pizza that will do is thin crust NY style, which means I rarely get to have deep dish
