Looks like it was scrubbed due to wind.

Need less than 2MPH of wind up to 800ft to get a good launch. Was scrubbed with 5MPH today. Tomorrow looking like it won't happen either.

I feel sorry for him! Sitting hours in a oxygen tent and wearing that 12 kilo heavy suit...

apparently the wind damaged one of the balloons and there's only 1 backup. tell me the guy has 3 parachutes just in case.
