High performance/sporty 3-row vehicles

Just like the title says, what's out there, anyone have a preference?

There's the GL63 AMG. I think the X5 M has a third tow too? R63 AMG too. I think I read somewhere that it does a sub 4 second 0-60.

Tesla Model S, provided the people you put in the third row are very small. The X5 M does not have a third row available, there were something like 87 R63's sold in the US for the one year they offered it. I think the GL63 is your only choice if you want to put full size people in each row.

E63 wagon. The third row can even be rear facing which, I can only imagine, would be amazing when drifting.

Good call. Little bodies back there or not, I don't think you'll get more handling and power.
