We can finally order these two new options as of November 2011 production.

Option 4UK is how you would add the 3-seat rear bench and it will be a no charge option. The lower seat portions are in a 60/40 arrangement and both can slide fore/aft independently. The rear seatbacks are split 40/20/40 and the each part can fold flat its own. The seatbelt for the center occupant will drop from the ceiling and LATCH attachments will be present for a child seat in the middle position as well. The rear flat load floor will be different as it will not be a one-piece unit but rather, a trifold setup like the flat load floor on the Clubman. Remember that the default rear seat remain the two-seat rear bucket arrangement with a one-piece center rail.

Option 497 is the rear armrest and it will be a $250 option. It can only be had in combination with the front armrest (473) and the standard one-piece center rail. It will match the front armrest in appearance and storage capacity.
