Shipping car oversead and sales tax?
If a buyer purchases my car here and and ships it overseas, he could avoid paying the sales tax in us right? Does anyone know the process or how long he would have to get it out of here? Appreciate the help

many many laws and regulations depending on what country it is going to, typically very expensive and not worth the time, money, and trouble for a somewhat pedestrian car

Short answer yes
They need to talk to the freight forwarder and ask what the custom officials require in the end counties for proof of ownership. I have sent hundreds of vehicles overseas with an open title and never had an issue |
