Formula 1: Lotus E20 Question
Hey, everybody.
I was watching the 2012 Bahrain GP race edit and I noticed that after Kimi Raikkonen passed one of the McLarens, he reached down with his left hand and pulled a lever. Does anyone have any idea what he is doing or what that lever does? I included the link below and it should start at 1:07, right before he pulls the lever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...Sctju4HQ#t=67s |

I didn't follow formula 1 for a long time. I thought it was KERS system but they havent brought it out yet for this race season. Anyway, I think it could some sort of suspension setting lever for better aerodynamics but I am not sure. If you find out, please share your knowledge with us

Hey, guys. After I realized I posted this in the wrong forum, I reposted the question in the Professional Racing Forum. The response is shown below, and the gist of it was that the lever is for controlling brake bias.
