Try handing the officer a PBJ instead. He may may be unable to write you a citation because his hands are too sticky...
You'll have to excuse me....it's Friday. |

In my area family members can actually get small police like badges to show once pulled over. The area where it would have the officers name is replaced by Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, etc. They cost like $50 and their good for forever basically

Does anyone else think this is the most ridiculous thing they've ever heard? You get a card from a cop and all of the sudden you're above the justice system at some level!? WTF!!!
It sounds like some 3rd world country BS. |

But this is absurd. I cant believe family members and such get a free pass. Wow you know a cop or are related to one so that means you can speed and others cant? Wonder if Mass does that crap.

Why not just hand the cop some cash? Cut out the "association' middle-man (as if having that inane step somehow makes this legit)
Is this anything short of buying your way out of a ticket by favoring cops and their interests? |

When you work in law enforcement, it ALWAYS works (as long as you're not a jerk), plus I have confidentiality plates. If a police officer was to run my plates for registration, it would come back to my employer (Sheriff's Office)

Whatever are you talking about?
My brother got pulled over this past weekend for making a left when he shouldn't have and he used the PBJ...I mean PBA card and the cop kept it. He was able to leave the scene with just a warning. I guess some cops keep the card and others don't? |

I've often wondered how an aircraft could "enforce" the speed limit. Thanks. Now I know.
