Well yomama was a bit boorish, but he was getting a lot of info together from HPFP cases, and he is a lawyer.... So it's not like he didn't have anything to contribute. But, yeah, this isn't the wild west so when the mods or admins tell you to tone it down, whether you agree with them or not, it's probably a good idea to oblige.

If you're talking about the Newsong from 6Speedonline, he's still posting over there. I never knew he was a member here but he does have an M3 so that kind of fits. He's actually a pretty cool guy.

As for JayKay, the guy relentlessly bashed an unlucky fellow who started a thread asking for help on how to get compensated for $10,000 worth of damage done to his car by a body shop. It was all without reason, he deserved to be banned and wouldn't have lasted long at other forums, I'm not sure why it took so long here.
