I believe age has a lot to do with this. She is most likely still a "collage girl." If you're 22 I would assume she is around the same age. Girls of this age are 8 times out of 10 going to be very fickle, immature, insecure, manipulative, deceitful, conniving, indecisive, selfish, and careless. It's bummer you've spent three years on this girl. It's your own fault though buddy. We have all been there and made those types of mistakes though man. I believe it's time for you to put this one behind you, learn from the mistakes, and move on. Enjoy being in your early 20's.

Throw her a curve ball and pick up someone else. THen call her back and ask her on a double date. Right now it seems like your in a cycle of always trying to catch up or impress her. Throwing her a curveball like that will disrupt whats been apparently going on for three years. Girls don't "all of a sudden" become snobby. She's always been like this, maybe it just hasn't been apparent since you have met.
