Pretty much Top Gear UK and as stated above, nudity. With one minor detail added, FEMALE nudity.

Well we all seen the big boob girl in the car and the driver attempting to get the boobs bouncing around as they drive. So taking the Top Gear idea of how fast the car goes around their track and Celeb in a reasonable price car, you rate the car based on how bouncy the boob are how much the girl scream from excitement.

Boobs and boost would work. Top Gear UK cloning hasn't worked too well yet though. I think one of the things that makes Top Gear UK so good is the banter between hosts. I want to see something like that, but with hot chicks...not wearing much....and driving nice cars.
