People dont even go the speed limit O_O

So normally i speed, so i cant really tell because im always going faster and just assume there going the speed limit

for various reasons speeding is out for a while, and while actually paying attention to my speed carefully i have found that 60% + of the time the people i was going past weren't even going the speed limit...

my rule is.........1 1/2 the speed limit...........

i.e. 30 mph = 45 mph

60 mph = 90 mph

all i know is ill never go more than 30 over again

anything less, no problem, pay the fine, deal with insurance or traffic school not a HUGE issue

Read what you wrote, its the speed LIMIT. That's not to say its the speed EVERONE SHOULD GO, its the maximum allowed by law.

For safety this is also a related speed MINIMUM, usually 15 less than the posted speed limit.
